A fourth-generation American Filipino, Charles was born in Makati, Philippines, and moved to Los Angeles at age ten. With a background in business marketing and fashion design from Marymount College and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Charles has a diverse professional history. He contributed to his family’s healthcare business, worked in entertainment finances, and achieved top sales representative status at EMK Beverly Hills, a luxury skincare company. His transition into real estate, driven by a desire to protect his family's investments, has proven highly successful, with Charles being ranked #2197 for individual sales volume in his area by Real Trends, thanks to $17,000,000 in sales.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys traveling, golfing, playing pickleball, and hiking, while valuing time with family and close friends. He has a taste for both luxury and life’s simplicities. Dedicated to giving back, Charles supports several charities, including the Beverly Hills Firefighters Association and SafeHouse of the Desert, and has contributed to relief efforts for Typhoon Haiyan.
